I am completely over winter. We’ve had our first couple of tastes of spring weather, and now that it has gone back to colder weather I’m just over it. Luckily, spring is starting to pop up in my house. I have an orchid that blooms every late winter/early spring. I was gifted it as a bridal shower gift 4 years ago, and every year I’m happy to see it bloom.

I’m also trying to force Lily of the Valley to grow in a pot. I had tried once before, but never got any sprouts. This time, I picked bulbs that looked like they were already starting to sprout. I planted this late last week, and have already started to see some growth. Just seeing some green around the house makes it feel like spring already. Hopefully the outside will catch up soon.
